Work for Swamp Base

The 2023 summer season marks our 11th year of hosting Scouts from around the country! It's amazing that time has flown by so quickly! Swamp Base’s staff have a unique opportunity to showcase the amazing aspects of South Louisiana’s cultures and natural environments. The lucky Scouts who participate in Swamp Base’s treks expect our staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and portray the true meaning of southern hospitality. Our staff is our “greatest asset,” and the key to our Scout participants having a safe, successful, and enjoyable time on their trek. Though we plan on having a lot of fun playing and paddling in the swamp this summer, the future of Swamp Base depends on our staff and participants remaining safe and prepared on the water.
